Baby Racers was founded by Russell Thomas in 2020 while on a break between work due to the Coronavirus restrictions. He has a wealth of experience in engineering, after graduating with a Masters of Engineering degree, he has worked in F1 motorsport and hyper car design for almost twenty years. When not overseeing the build of Baby Racers, he works within the Silver Arrows F1 (Mercedes AMG Petronas) Team Design Department.
