Ferrari 246 GT

We refurbished this stunning example back in 2008. A mechanically sound and structurally solid car it was a great project to undertake. The car was still in its original colour Blu Metallic Dino but in need of a complete repaint and it was decided to keep the car in its original scheme. The interior was removed and the seats door panels and rear panels we re-trimmed in Blu Scuro. A new carpet set was fitted and the original heel pads were retained. The original dashboard material was still in perfect condition but had faded over the years and was treated appropriately. The engine/gearbox and suspension were removed and the chassis was bare metalled and refinished in Satin matt black. Suspension components were powder coated or Zinc plated as required. The engine and gearbox units were washed down and all fixings refurbished before the unit was reinstalled.

The car has made an excellent example and has run faultlessly over the last few years in and around London and on continental trips.
